Faculty - How to find your "Other Academic Services" (OAS) rate

 

You might be wondering what your Other Academic Services (OAS) rate is, which is how you are paid for hourly work outside of your current obligations. In order to make sure your OAS payment is correct, we follow the steps below to find your rate.

Find your OAS rate 

 

  1. Log in to InSite and access the HR-Payroll tile. 
     
  2. Locate your "Position Summary" and click to open. 
  3. While reading your position information, locate the Position Title "Other Academic Services - Part-time" or "Other Academic Services - Full-time", depending on your contract position. 
  4. From there, scan to the right and find the hourly amount attached to your OAS. 
  5. Now you know your base OAS rate!
